Macronutrient/Nutrition Plan

  • After analyzing your physical stats, lifestyle, genetic background, and individual goals, you will be assigned an initial set of macronutrient and calorie targets.
  • I will monitor your bodyweight on a weekly basis, analyzing your progression to ensure you are staying on track and that your weight loss (or gain) trajectory looks good.
  • We will periodically adjust your nutritional targets based on your progress to ensure you are avoiding fat loss plateaus. This is the key difference between 1-on-1 online coaching and static, one-size-fits-all nutrition plans.
  • Alternatively, if you are someone who dislikes the idea of tracking calories and macros, you will also be provided a fully-customized nutrition plan built to accommodate YOUR taste preferences and nutritional requirements. No calculations or meal tracking is necessary on your end!

Training Plan

  • You will receive a fully customized training plan outlining all aspects of your exercise regimen (splits, exercises, reps, sets, rest periods, form tweaks, etc.)
  • This training plan will take into consideration your individual training needs and incorporate strategies to combat any problems which may arise such as muscle imbalances, strength plateaus, weak points, issues with exercise form, and more!
  • I will track your strength on a weekly basis to ensure that progressive overload is kept at the forefront of your training strategy and to identify when we may need to temporarily take a step back (deloads for example).
  • This will take the guesswork out of your training and let me handle balancing all the relevant variables such as training volume, frequency, intensity, exercise selection, split design, periodization, etc.

Accountability

  • The number one reason why most people fail on their diets and physique transformations is because they try to go at it alone. With me in your corner, it is my job to ensure this does not happen.
  • Studies have shown that individuals are far more likely to succeed with their diet and training regimens when they have someone to report to on a frequent basis.
  • As your coach, I understand the best way to keep you motivated and accountable is to use a strict but understanding approach. This means I will NEVER berate or scold you for messing up, however I also will not gloss over areas that are lacking. If there are areas in your diet or training that require improvement, I will point these out to you and recommend practical ways you can improve.

  • Track your daily food intake as accurately as possible in MyFitnessPal OR follow your nutrition plan as best you can.
  • Stick to the training plan. This means no cutting corners or skipping workouts (including cardio).
  • Record your bodyweight daily and in the same situation (morning, before any food intake).
  • Have access to a digital bodyweight and food scale.

My name is Igor Opeshansky but some of you may know me as Vitruvian Physique on YouTube! More than just an online coach, I consider myself to be a fitness educator who has made it his life mission to teach others the science of how to transform your bodies and live a healthier life.

It’s easy to throw clients on borderline starvation-level diets and instruct them to eat nothing but chicken breast and lettuce. Unfortunately, the fitness industry is riddled with individuals who use performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) such as steroids. Now although I do not have any personal quarrel with individuals who choose to use these substances, I personally choose not to do so and prefer to work with individuals who feel the same way. A big reason for this is because natural lifters and those who are enhanced with PEDs have very different needs from a training and nutrition standpoint. This way my clients can feel confident that their coach is a natural athlete himself and most importantly, he will not be recommending any dietary or training strategies which may be better suited for enhanced athletes using PEDs.

Yes, the only person you will be interacting with is Igor – also known as Vitruvian Physique. The dirty little secret of the fitness industry is that in the majority of cases, when customers sign up for online coaching with their favorite athlete or fitness educator, that is not the same person on the other end of their weekly check-ins. Unfortunately, many coaches or “social media influencers” will outsource their coaching to someone else, leaving clients unaware that they are being coached by a stranger with questionable qualifications. There are even third-party companies set up solely to help fitness businesses “scale up” their client base by outsourcing most if not all of the actual coaching services they claim to provide.

At TeamFitLife you will always be coached exclusively by Igor 100% of the time. From the initial creation of your custom nutrition and training plans to the weekly check-ins, you can feel confident that the coach on the other side of your emails is exactly who you signed up for!

You must be at least 18 years of age in order to sign up for 1-on-1 online coaching. If you are under 18, we highly recommend our beginner-focused program The Skinny Fat Solution!

Regardless of your personal nutrition requirements, we can build around this. This is the beauty of flexible dieting and taking a scientific approach building nutritional strategies based on quantitative principles like macronutrient and calorie intake.

This includes:

  • Vegans/vegetarians
  • Lactose intolerance
  • Religious restrictions (pork for example)
  • Food allergies

The short answer is yes, but ideally you should still try to learn how to track calories/macros. We understand that there are some clients who simply do not like the idea of tracking each and every meal they eat throughout the day and they’d rather simply stick to a pre-planned meal plan. In these cases, we are happy to offer every client a full day’s meal plan customized to their individual dietary requires and food preferences.

However, we do advocate attempting calorie and macronutrient tracking using apps like MyFitnessPal. This is because food tracking will allow the user to continue eating their favourite foods and keep a high degree of variety in their diets. The problem with meal plans is that eating the same foods day after day will typically lead to the user becoming bored or frustrated, resulting in a higher likelihood that they may give up on their diet altogether.

Absolutely! The whole point of 1-on-1 coaching is to take an individualized approach to your individual goals. Not everyone has a goal to step on stage at a bodybuilding show. In fact, the majority of clients we work with are regular everyday people who simply want to lose some extra bodyfat and build a good base layer of muscle in order to look good, improve health, and generally feel more confident.

Whether you’re a skinny 20-year-old in college looking to “beef up” a little, or a regular dad in his 40’s looking to drop a few pounds and regain the body he had in his 20’s, we can get you there.

For the vast majority of cases, this should not be a problem, especially if the condition does not significantly impact your ability to train or eat a fitness and weight loss-oriented diet. However, every individual case is different and this is something we will discuss with you during the first week of coaching. Unfortunately, there are rare cases which require a more advanced approach from a licensed health care practitioner such as a registered dietician or medical doctor.

If I believe that your condition makes you ineligible for online coaching, you will immediately receive a 100% refund with no additional fees or penalties.

All correspondence will come in the form of email. We find that email is the best form of communication as it allows for more detailed responses to clients and it allows me to include charts, tables, images, and documents (updated training/nutrition plans) which would otherwise be difficult to send across using something like WhatsApp or basic text messaging.

If you request a refund before your initial programs are sent out, we are happy to offer you a 100% refund with no questions asked. If you request a refund after your initial programs have been sent, we can still process a refund but only for 50% of the original purchase price and this will further be reduced by the % of coaching weeks you have used.

For example, if a client purchases an 8-week coaching package for $449.99 but decides to cancel after 4 weeks, they are still eligible for a refund according to the following structure:

50% = non-refundable

50% = further multiplied by 50% due to the client using up 4 out of his/her allotted 8 weeks.

50% x 50% = 25%, which is the amount eligible for a refund (in this case that would be $112.50)

Step 1: Submit your info.
After purchase, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire where I will ask for your personal stats (age, height, weight), lifestyle factors (activity level), personal goals and preferences. I will use this information to build your custom training and nutrition plans.

Step 2: Receive your plans.
Within 7 days of submitting your questionnaire responses, I will email you your completed custom programs. From there, we will decide on your check-in days. Typically, our first check-in will be 7 days from when you receive your programs.

Step 3: Weekly check-ins.
We will continue checking-in together on a weekly basis via email. I will be tracking your weight progression and diet adherence, making suggestions, tweaking the plans, and answering any questions you have. My job is to lead you to success!
