If you purchased The Skinny Fat Solution and aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at support@teamfitlife.com within 15 days of purchase to receive a full refund. The physical book must be returned to us damage-free before a refund can be issued. TeamFitLife is not responsible for covering return shipping costs and/or fees. It is recommended that you select a shipping service with tracking.

Digital Programs (Hybrid 5 & Ultimate Hypertrophy):

Unfortunately, because these are 100% digital programs, they are non-refundable. If you have any questions about any of our programs and would like more information before purchasing, please feel free to send us an email at support@teamfitlife.com.

Online Coaching Purchases: 

If you request a refund before your initial programs are sent out, we are happy to offer you a 100% refund with no questions asked - simply email us at support@teamfitlife.com. If you request a refund after your initial programs have been sent, we can still process a refund but only for 50% of the original purchase price and this will further be reduced by the % of coaching weeks you have used.

For example, if a client purchases an 8-week coaching package for $449.99 but decides to cancel after 2 weeks, they are still eligible for a refund according to the following structure:

50% = non-refundable

For the remaining 50%, we multiply this by the percentage of weeks remaining. In this case, the client used 2 out of 8 weeks (25%), so he is eligible for 75% of the remaining 50%. 

50% x 75% = 37.5%, which is the amount eligible for a refund (in this case that would be $168.75).
